You're looking at our new house! After months of searching and praying, Amy and I found a foreclosure in our area and felt like the time was right to pull the trigger. In fact, everything seemed to work so smoothly that we Hand of God was unmistakeable in the process.
We had to make some difficult decisions: do we wait until our house sells and try to find something that we may not like, or do we buy something more and have Faith that God has a buyer for our house? While risky, we chose the latter because the new house was everything we were looking for. It's 4 minutes from church, 7 minutes from my folks, and 15 from Amy's folks'. The park and elementary schol is within walking distance, and the house is a corner lot on a quiet cul-de-sec with lots of open space adjoining the property for the kids to run and play.
Settlement is Feb 28th, so most of the paperwork work is already done. After closing, we'll do some painting and have new carpet installed then begin the big move! It's a pretty exciting time!
